    Objective

Build the rhythm and weight to play first-time passes in tight spaces.

    Setup

Wall or rebounder, ball, 3-4 yards from the surface.

    Instructions
    1. Stand 3-4 yards from the wall
    2. Play continuous one-touch passes: right foot, left foot, alternating
    3. Focus on weight of pass - firm enough to return quickly
    4. Keep passes at a consistent height (below knee)
    5. After 20 touches, take 2 steps back and repeat
    6. Challenge: how many one-touch passes in 30 seconds?
    What good looks like
    • Even rhythm — same gap between every pass
    • Both feet alternate cleanly
    • Pass weight is consistent
    • Body stays on toes, ready to react
    Common mistakes
    • Pass too soft — rebound dies short
    • Pass too hard — rebound bounces away
    • Same foot every pass
    • Standing still instead of staying on toes
