    Objective

Pass and move so the ball circulates cleanly with constant supporting angles.

    Setup

Three players or cones in a triangle 10-15 yards apart, one or two balls.

    Instructions
    1. Set up three cones/players in a triangle (10-15 yards apart)
    2. Pass the ball clockwise around the triangle
    3. After passing, move to the next position
    4. Receive with your back foot and pass with your front foot
    5. Switch directions and increase speed as you improve
    What good looks like
    • Open body shape — back foot receiving, front foot passing
    • Pass weighted so the receiver can play one-touch if needed
    • Move to support the next angle immediately after passing
    • Ball never stops in one place for more than 2 seconds
    Common mistakes
    • Standing still after the pass instead of moving to a new angle
    • Receiving square (closed body) so you can only play backward
    • Passing with the wrong foot for the angle
    • Pace of pass too soft — receiver has to come to the ball
