    Objective

    Build fast, light foot rhythm on the ball so first-touch tempo is automatic.

    Setup

    Open space, one ball at your feet.

    Instructions
    1. Stand with ball under your feet
    2. Alternate tapping top of ball with soles: left-right-left-right
    3. Keep on your toes, stay light and bouncy
    4. Progress to pulling ball side-to-side while tapping
    5. Add forward/backward movement while maintaining rhythm
    6. Challenge: 50 touches in 20 seconds
