    Objective

Master multiple turn types so you can escape pressure in any direction.

    Setup

3 cones in a line, 3 yards apart, ball, open space.

    Instructions
    1. Place 3 cones in a line, 3 yards apart
    2. Dribble to each cone and execute a different turn: Cruyff turn, drag-back, inside cut, outside hook
    3. After each turn, accelerate to the next cone
    4. Focus on selling the fake direction before turning
    5. Practice each turn 5 times, then mix randomly
    6. Time yourself and try to beat your best time while maintaining quality
    What good looks like
    • Body sells a fake direction first
    • Turn happens in one motion, not three touches
    • Ball stays close through the turn
    • Acceleration out of the turn breaks the line
    Common mistakes
    • Same turn used every time — predictable
    • No fake before the turn — defender reads it
    • No acceleration after the turn
    • Soft touches on the turn — ball stays on the wrong foot
