    Objective

Combine receive, turn, and shoot into a single fluid motion for quick finishes.

    Setup

Rebounder behind, goal in front, 5 balls, 10-12 yards from goal.

    Instructions
    1. Set up 10-12 yards from goal with rebounder behind you
    2. Toss ball to rebounder, let it return past you
    3. Turn quickly (Cruyff, drag-back, or spin) to face goal
    4. Take one touch to set, then shoot
    5. Focus on speed of turn and shot placement, not power
    6. Practice turning both directions
    What good looks like
    • First touch wraps the ball into a shooting position
    • Turn happens in one motion
    • Shot is placed, not blasted
    • Both turn directions used
    Common mistakes
    • Heavy first touch — defender or keeper reads the shot
    • Slow turn — chance gone
    • Trying to power the shot — accuracy collapses
    • Always turning the same direction
