    Objective

Develop a clean, repeatable inside-foot pass and a controlled first touch off the rebound.

    Setup

Stand 5-10 yards from a flat wall with one ball, body open to the wall.

    Instructions
    1. Stand 5-10 yards from a wall
    2. Pass the ball firmly against the wall using the inside of your foot
    3. Control the rebound with your first touch
    4. Alternate feet with each pass
    5. Focus on accuracy and clean first touches
    What good looks like
    • Plant foot points at the wall, striking foot opens to a square inside-foot contact
    • Ball stays below knee height on every return
    • Alternates feet without breaking rhythm
    • First touch settles the ball into a passable position in one motion
    Common mistakes
    • Toe-poking instead of using the inside of the foot
    • Standing flat-footed and chasing the rebound
    • Same foot every pass — no weak-foot work
    • First touch goes back at the wall instead of into a controlled position
