    15 At-Home Soccer Drills

    Ball Mastery (5-10 minutes)

    1. Toe Taps: Tap the top of the ball with alternating feet. Start with 30 seconds, build to 2 minutes.

    2. Side to Side Rolls: Use the sole of one foot to roll the ball sideways, stop it with the other foot. Repeat.
